Eligibility Criteria
- A candidate seeking admission to M.Sc.(N) course must have passed
B.Sc.(N)/Post Basic B.Sc.(N)/ B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing (12+4 years) of
a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate.
And
Two years experience, as on the last date of receipt of application
Experience should be of approved hospital/ educational institution or
public health agency.
- Post Basic B.Sc.(N) candidates are eligible for admission directly.
- The candidate should be a registered Nurse.
Post Admission Requisites :
- Original High School certificate.
- Original Higher Secondary (10+2) / Pre- university examination.
- Original B.Sc.(N)/Post Basic B.Sc.(N) certificate.
- Original copy of Medical fitness Certificate.
- Original copy of Registration Certificate from State Nursing council.
- Original copy of experience certificate.
- Candidates who are in employment should submit their admission form
through their employer with “No Objection Certificate”.
- Original Certificates will be retained by the college. The admission
of the candidates who fail to submit their original certificates will
be cancelled.
Sponsored Candidates
Not more than two seats in M.Sc. (N) could be considered for candidates
sponsored by Govt./Hospitals/Institutions recognized by I.N.C.
Criteria for Selection
The Selection of the candidates for the course will be made by the screening
committee consisting of experts in the field. Those candidates who do
not fulfill eligibility criteria will not be called for interview.
